Spring is Just Around the Corner. It’s Time to Saddle Up for Another successful Food Cycle Ride.
Sunday, May 27th. Registration at 8am, Ride starts at 9:20 am at Elora Public School, 288 Mill St. E., Elora.
Proceeds go to the Centre Wellington Food Bank’s Community Kitchen. You can register Online at http://www.foodcycleride.ca/

The ‘Ride’ involves cycling a marked 20, 40 or 75 km route over scenic routes through beautiful Centre Wellington. Riders are encouraged to raise money through pledges of support. The event has raised over $66,000 for the Food Bank in the six years since its inception in 2011.

The proceeds from the Ride are used by the Food Bank’s Community Kitchen to buy meat and produce. These prepared foods are added to the CWFB’s food baskets. As well, the community kitchen is used for food preparation classes and to prepare healthy meals for its users and for other community groups.
